Feedback from end users this time around is a lot more positive with regards to “having” to take the training. I believe they realize that what they are learning is also very useful for home use too, and I know of 2 users who after sending me their home emails for analysis that they suspected of being dodgy turned out to be infected with the “locky” Trojan hidden in pdf attachment’s. Their comment to me after I confirmed it with them was “this time last year I would have opened that attachment and maybe lost all my family photos” !!
