We need your help. Could you do a KnowBe4 review at Gartner?

Gartner_Peer_Insights_Logo.pngNOTE: This is for KnowBe4 Customers only.

Top IT analyst firm Gartner has just created a new "Peer Insights" review site. As a customer, we are inviting you to create a review of KnowBe4 in the security awareness computer based training category with your unbiased feedback.

What is Gartner Peer Insights?

Peer Insights is an online platform of ratings and reviews of IT software and services. The reviews are written and read by IT pros and technology decision-makers like you. The goal is to help IT leaders make more insightful purchase decisions and help technology providers improve their products by receiving objective unbiased feedback from their customers.

What to expect: The review is detailed and will take a good 15 minutes to do. It covers the major areas your peers would want to know about before purchasing or implementing a new service. The survey covers topics like Evaluation, Implementation, Service, Support, and Capabilities. In short, they want to know why it is working well for you and require substantive data about it. Any "great product" comment with no context won't be posted.

You'll need to use your work email as they will not process any reviews from a personal email address. The reviews themselves are anonymous but they are moderated by Gartner to ensure they are valid. They also independently verify you are who you say and filter out any fake reviews.

Additional info: It can take up to two weeks to post. If you see it has not posted, it may have been rejected due to any of the questions being unanswered or missing context. If so, you can contact Gartner directly at peerinsights@gartner.com and they will be able to change the status to incomplete, allowing you to add more information.

It would help us a lot if you could do this!

Here is where you go to begin the review: gtnr.it/294OTyL This is a Garner-generated URL that brings you straight into the KnowBe4 review, and fills out a few initial things to make it easy. You will wind up on a page that asks to select the service that you implemented and you can choose between "Kevin Mitnick Security Awareness Training" and "Enterprise Awareness Training Program." Please click both check boxes.

Again this is where to start: gtnr.it/294OTyL

In case we have made you sufficiently paranoid and you are concerned this could be social engineering (LOL), please cut and paste this link in your browser to do the review:
