[NEW FEATURE] Admins Can Save and Schedule KnowBe4 Reports to Automatically Send on a Recurring Basis

We are excited to announce the availability of KnowBe4’s new ‘Save and Send’ Reporting feature. The 60+ predefined reports available in the KnowBe4 platform already give you a variety of reporting options to track training and phishing performance metrics for your organization. Leveraging these existing report options, it’s now even easier to select your report, customize it with information you need, save it, and schedule the report to automatically generate and share with your managers, compliance team, auditors and other user groups.

You can choose to schedule reports to be generated and sent on a recurring basis such as weekly, monthly, quarter, or annually. For each scheduled report, a new report will be generated on your recurring scheduled date and an email is sent to each report recipient with a link to download the report in PDF or CSV format based on your scheduled report selection. MSPs and Large Enterprise customers with multiple sub-accounts also can leverage this new reporting feature under Rollup reporting within their KnowBe4 Management console.

With the new ‘Save and Send’ Reporting feature you can:

• Save time with creating, saving and cloning multiple reports 
• Ensure your reporting data is safe and secure. Report recipients will be sent a link where they can download the report from the link within the KnowBe4 console
• Organize saved reports into custom reporting categories such as:
  • Phishing Performance
  • Training Progress
  • Auditors
  • Compliance
  • Contractors
