2019-Kevin-Mitnick-SAT2The Kevin Mitnick Security Awareness 45-minute training module has been revised for 2019. This fully interactive course takes you through four modules: Your Role, Common Threats, Social Engineering Red Flags and Danger Zone.

Learn from real-world scenarios showing you strategies and techniques hackers use to take control of your organization. Kevin Mitnick takes you behind the scenes to see how the bad guys do what they do. 

This course is available across all KnowBe4 subscription levels.


Sim-Swapping-Call-CenterIn these three new KnowBe4 micro-video modules, Kevin Mitnick explains what SIM Swapping is and how important it is to protect customers and yourself when dealing with call centers and mobile retail locations. Kevin Mitnick demonstrates how a fraudster hijacks a customer phone by convincing a call center employee to port a number or change their SIM ID in order to gain access to cryptocurrency, banking or other sensitive information in order to commit fraud. Learn how to recognize these imposters and avoid becoming a victim to this scam.
