KnowBe4 – Know Your Customer: Customer Identification Program (CIP)

This is the second training module in the “Know Your Customer” series. Employees of financial institutions must verify the identity of each customer they interact with in the course of their daily work. The Know Your Customer (KYC) protocol and its three pillars — Customer Identification Program (CIP), Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Ongoing Monitoring — help streamline this process and ensure that organizations meet FINRA requirements for due diligence. After completing this module, employees will be able to recognize the requirements for compliance within the first pillar of KYC, known as the Customer Identification Program (CIP).

exploqii – The AI Act: An Overview

The European Union’s AI Act is the world’s first legal framework that specifically addresses the risks and opportunities associated with artificial intelligence. This Mobile-First Module provides an introduction to the AI Act, its context and its objectives. It explains the Act’s risk-based approach and its risk categorization levels. In addition, employees are given recommendations for actions that they can implement now.

exploqii – Identifying and Managing Climate Risks

Climate risks are becoming increasingly challenging, as they can have a significant impact on people, the environment and organizations. This is why the European Union requires larger organizations to analyze and document climate risks and has developed various reporting formats for this purpose. Adaptation measures can then be put in place based on what has been reported. In this training module, employees will learn the difference between physical and transitory climate risks and the benefits of reporting and climate risk management.

The Security Awareness Company – EU Market Abuse Awareness

Market abuse, whether achieved through insider dealing, unlawful disclosure of inside information or market manipulation, may compromise the integrity of financial markets. This training module reviews the European Market Abuse Regulation with a focus on identifying and preventing market abuse.

KnowBe4 – U.K. Preventing Discrimination for Employees

As an employee, it is important to be able to recognize discrimination in the workplace and how it can affect you. In this training module, employees will learn to recognize characteristics that are protected from discrimination under United Kingdom (U.K.) laws and the Equality Act of 2010.

El Pescador – Direito do trabalho no Brasil: Licença-maternidade e licença-paternidade (Labor Law in Brazil: Parental Leave)

Each country has a set of laws and regulations that govern various areas of society, including labor. In Brazil, the Labor Laws Consolidation (or CLT, as it is known in Brazil), defines several benefits, the rights of workers and organizations’ duties. However, in addition to the CLT, there are other hiring formats that operate these benefits in different ways. In this video, employees will learn more about workers' rights in regards to maternity, paternity and adoptive leave under the CLT, statutory (for public servants), and MEI (for individual micro-entrepreneurs) hiring regimes. It also shows how leaves work for both heterosexual and same-sex couples. This course is currently available in Portuguese only.
