Hi All,
We have some exciting news!
Kevin Mitnick Security Awareness Training 2014 is being deployed in our console and soon you will be able to roll it out to all your end-users and customers. Coming Tuesday Sept 10th we will officially announce it in CyberheistNews, but you get the scoop here at the KnowBe4 blog.
The course has been completely updated, there are brand new, studio quality videos with Kevin and the courseware platform has changed to HTML5 so that we can support more hardware like the iPad. This is the new main menu:
The video was done in a studio with a greenscreen and professional audio. We have transcribed Kevin's videos and you can see subtitles at the bottom of the screen. Something else new is that this version will be available in two flavors. The full 30-40 minute course as it was before but now with a personalized printable certificate at the end, and a 15-minute version that specifically goes into protection against Advanced Persistent Threats.
And here's the kicker: this short 15-minute version will be available in English, French, Spanish, German, Dutch, Portuguese, Korean, Japanese and Chinese (Mandarin).
For these translated versions, you will see Kevin and hear him in English, but the subtitles will be in the language of the translated course. All the screens will be translated and the narrators will of course speak that language. This opens up our courses to a large part of the world. Other languages might even follow. The English version is available September 2013, and the translations will follow in the fourth quarter. More news to follow soon!
Warm regards,
Stu
