We can hardly do a better job than the Internet Crime Complaint Center's (IC3's) Safety Poster when it comes to alerting businesses and individuals about the dangers of unsafe Internet access. So, let's just reproduce that dramatically-hued poster right here (grab your own copy [PDF format], if you like, too):

In addition to teaching safe interaction (click no e-mail links, don't respond to unsolicited e-mail), the post also touches on inappropriate information disclosures (...provide your personal/banking information...) and the ways in which unwitting users get roped into working for scammers (handling or forwarding funds or packages). This may be worth posting in your break rooms, right next to the coffee maker. At a minimum, it'll be a sure-fire conversation starter!
