Our KnowBe4 Community Is One of Our Greatest Strengths

Roger Grimes | Mar 19, 2026

Evangelists-Roger GrimesI am very proud of our customer community here at KnowBe4. It is a place where customers can discuss our products amongst each other and interface with KnowBe4’s developers and product managers.

Allowing customers to interface with other customers allows them to hear suggestions and solutions that people using our product have discovered and used, and if they have a problem that a fellow customer can’t answer, our team is there. They get authoritative answers from the experts who develop and run the product.

But those aren’t even my favorite reasons I love our community. This is…

Our community is encouraged to submit new features and fixes they would like to see in our products and a lot of those are accepted and incorporated.

Take a minute to think about that.

I have worked in the cybersecurity industry for nearly four decades. I’ve worked for some of the largest companies, including Foundstone, Microsoft, and McAfee. Unless you bought a million licenses of something, your feature request would never even get considered. I was at Microsoft for 11 years, and I had Fortune 500 customers who had millions of licenses, and even they didn’t have the sway to make a feature request get implemented. In many of the companies I worked for, they didn’t fix critical bugs that I found. If a huge customer was not complaining, it was not getting fixed.

At KnowBe4, a great deal of customer feature requests make it into the product, and you don’t have to be a massive customer either. All you need is a good idea that garners a lot of community support (or one we just happen to also love and want to prioritize).

The organization listens to customers so well that they want to increase the number of features they are requesting when they are already the market leader.

Our community is special. They are likely family. We love them, we listen to them, and we hang out as much as possible. Many have become our friends over the years.

Being part of the community gets you access to other users, internal KnowBe4 teams, and may help you get your first Hollywood-style script developed. Who could ask for more?
