Fran Roberts - Studios General Manager, KnowBe4
Twenty years across studios, agencies and global production environments, sitting through more fire drills and real fires than I can count, has taught me this: it's never luck. It's rehearsal.
Most disruptions aren't dramatic. They're a ransomware attack on a Friday afternoon, a key system going down mid-quarter, a vendor failing at the worst possible moment. Nobody sees those coming. You either drill for them, or you don't.
That's why I think the content we build around business continuity is some of the most important in our library. Helping employees understand their role in keeping operations running, before, during and after a disruption, is training that pays off exactly when you hope you'll never need it. It's rehearsal: build the muscle memory now, in a training module, long before the day it matters. When disruption hits, the right response is instinctive.

Stop Risky Behavior in the Moment with Real-Time Coaching
Security-conscious behaviors are developed through training, but they aren’t put to the test until the moment of risk. Real-Time Coaching, now part of the KnowBe4 AI-native SAT, helps reinforce good decision-making by sending users actionable guidance in these moments.
- In-the-Moment SecurityTips: Contextual coaching triggered by KnowBe4 training and phishing data, including real-time feedback on the red flags users missed.
- Real-Time User Messaging: Training notifications, Security Hints & Tips, and Scam of the Week messages delivered in Slack, Google Chat and Microsoft Teams.
- Third-Party Integrations: Connect with vendors in your security stack, such as CrowdStrike, Microsoft and Cisco, turning their alerts into automated coaching moments.
- AI-Driven Remediation: AIDA Orchestration can choose between sending a real-time SecurityTip or enrolling users in dedicated training based on the user’s needs.
Real-Time Coaching is live on SAT Advanced. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager to learn how to take advantage of Real-Time Coaching and close the training-behavior gap.
Agentic Autonomy Meets Admin Authority with AIDA Phishing Exclusions
AIDA Orchestration was made to take the heavy lifting out of managing sophisticated security awareness programs, but that doesn’t mean you want the AI agents operating outside of your guardrails. With our latest update, the AIDA Phishing Agent now fully honors your account-level phishing exclusions. Hand over the reins with confidence knowing the agent will only run simulations with approved content, themes and attack vectors.
Deepfake Training Content Agent Talks the Talk with New Language Support
Your deepfake training content can now be tailored to more global audiences with the new language expansion. The latest update to Deepfake Training Content Agent lets you build deepfake content in Chinese (Simplified), French, Dutch and Italian, giving you more options when implementing deepfake training experiences into broader multi-language campaigns.
Capture the Complete Chain of Events with Phishing Click History
Whether they’re investigating a breach or responding to an auditor, security teams are finding they need more forensic detail to effectively answer security inquiries. With Phishing Click History introduced in the latest update of our SAT platform, security teams can dig deeper, getting detailed data on what users clicked, which attachments they opened and what data they entered into forms, all with timestamps and IP addresses.
