KCM GRC simplifies the challenges of managing your compliance, risk, and audit projects, enables you to efficiently manage GRC initiatives, and understand at a glance what items need to be addressed.
New features in the KCM Compliance Management module include:
NEW! Control Guidance
Do you need to be compliant with HIPAA, GDPR, or PCI? But not quite sure what steps to get there? KCM’s new control guidance feature provides suggestions in-platform to help you create adequate controls to meet your specific scopes and requirements. Control guidance has been added for the requirements under many of the managed templates KCM offers. Control guidance is available for the most commonly used frameworks including CMMC, GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, PCI, and more.
NEW! Tiered-Level Approvals
You now have the ability to extend approval workflows to other users to approve task completions. With tiered-level approvals, you can assign additional users as approving managers to review task evidence before a task is closed. The approving managers can then approve the evidence so that the task can be completed and closed, or deny and send it back to the user for proper evidence. This is especially beneficial for larger organizations that require multi-level approval processes.
NEW! User Groups
Streamline your process to assign different controls and tasks to other members with user groups. Instead of assigning individual users to a task schedule for a control, you can now create user groups, create your task schedule for that control, and assign the task schedule to a Group Lead. Then, the Group Lead has the ability to re-assign any tasks within the control task schedule to other members in their group, saving you more time!
Example: If your internal compliance officer needed HR to provide compliance evidence but wasn’t sure who in HR should be responsible, they could create a user group of HR employees, make the HR Director the Group Lead, then the HR Director would have the ability to re-assign the task to the correct member of their team.
